We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online at www.halfoff-diamonds.com.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the applicable shipping, handling charges, subject to the time period of 30 days from the day of purchase and according to our Exchange/Return Instructions. Once it’s received, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days after review by our Quality Control department.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?  
           
 We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. In the case that you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping fees. Then we will send the undamaged or correct item to you promptly, with no shipping charges.
 
To return an item:
Contact us 732-395-7060 or email info@halfoff-diamonds.com within 5 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Tell us whether you prefer an exchange, store credit, or a full refund for your purchase. Gifts are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
 
Kindly provide us with the following information:
-Item description
-Invoice number
-Reason for return (wrong item, damaged, or defective item)
-If damaged or defective, describe it as well as list any missing items.
We will contact you by e-mail and notify you of the status of your return.
 
Exception:
a). On any custom made , special orders of jewelry, resizing or any higher value ($2000 and above) product there will be 10% restocking fee on all returns and refunds.
b). Any merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of invoice can only be replaced with other merchandise. 25 % restocking fee will apply in case of all refunds.

2. Include the shipping invoice and the RMA number with the item you are returning. If you want replacement, please put a note inside your return and we will ship you the replacement. If you are asking for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return, and you will be notified via e-mail.
